Was our first time visiting with Daisy and were we very pleased with the clinic and staff. Everything was explained to us and we know what to expect moving forward with surgery. Thank you for caring about our babies!

From the moment Roxy and I came in there was a greeter who immediately took us to the weigh scale and during that time someone else made sure we were looked after. This was a Monday morning and there were a lot of emergency pets there but through all that all the team was cheery and helpful to everyone I saw Dr Melissa was terrific with Roxy and checked everything The front desk were super friendly and Roxy and I were in and out I very efficiently Well done team Westlock vet clinic

I take my kitties here because this vet is the best of the best. The veterinarians here make you feel like they genuinely care about you and your animals, and they take their time with you. I ve never felt pushed to make any medical decision either, which is a nice change of pace from other vets. When I found out my cat had diabetes, they were so good with explaining things to me - and also encourage you to call later if you have more questions. I d never go anywhere else! 6 stars!

I can t thank Westlock Veterinary Center enough for providing such great care for my precious pup during an emergency. I called the after hours emergency number and after a quick phone conversation, I was reassured that a doctor will be waiting for me. Dr. Tanis greeted me and we were quickly brought back. She was wonderful with Minnie.

Been going to your Vet clinic for 30 years...... The reason why is we feel its the best Clinic by far, always friendly, great service with excellent results. Our last visit was quiet long waiting in the truck but understandable, we were still very happy with the result. Had to wait half an hour to see the doctor?? Was difficult to maneuver my walker in the parking lot- parking blocks were in the way.

Every thing was clearly explained to us, and no pressure was used to sway our decision one way or another. I had to make a call regarding payment, and it was dealt with clearly and quickly. We would recommend Westlock Veterinary Clinic, and we live in Sherwood Park.

Was asked if my dog scratched his ears or shook head as he had dirty ear wax. I said no and explained he likes to roll in dirt/dust. She said she was going I swab it but didn’t tell me it would cost 15$. I would have appreciated knowing it was going to cost something.

Excellent service and care provided by the staff at Westlock. Highly impressed with all the assistance and support, especially from Reagan and associated staff.
