Best Vets in Laramie for sure!!! Staff is friendly, very professional, and thorough from greeting to check out. Dr. Jessica Bueunger is outstanding. She takes time to truly check all areas of our 12 1/2 year old large dog, handles him with the kindness we ourselves give him, and explains all the test results, giving suggestions to make our dog s elder years more comfortable. Dr. Jessica also understands canine nutrition extremely well.

The staff were especially kind and helpful considering that we were a walk-in. We appreciate that Oscar was able to be seen and given amazing care despite the fact that we did not have an appointment. The vet was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were not as friendly and were a bit gruff about us walking in, as if they were looking for a reason they could turn us away. I work for a car service shop and I understand that walk-ins can be frustrating and difficult to accommodate, but that does not excuse poor customer service. Still, we are happy with our choice of vet in town and will definately be back when Oscar needs to be seen again (this time with an appointment if at all possible!) Thanks again for taking care of Oscar.

I like the idea of having services in my vehicle. A lot of dogs get so scared even going into a vet clinic. It was kind of nice to wait in the car and be treated out there. I have found that dogs get really worked up when they have to wait in the waiting room of the vet clinic. Just a suggestion, but would be nice if that was always an option, not just when my dog has a contagious cough :) Vet this time was very friendly and thorough. Thankful for her opinion and help as she treated my Grandpa s 11 year old dog, Stubby ! :)

My dog was dropped off at 9:15 am Saturday for a one day boarding. We picked her up at 5:00 pm and once in the car realized she was covered in dog feces! We gave her an immediate bath and has to change our feces covered clothes and wash the inside of our car! Obviously your people gave her zero care! Absolutely unacceptable! Shame on you and your organization

I didn’t ask beforehand what was included for the wellness exam; but I believe there should be some basic blood test ma included. For instance for worms or parasites; things that are common? Vet was super nice and everyone that helped with Lucky were fast and efficient and it was a clean environment.

I have used the Animal Health Center for more than 10 years. Currently, we have two corgis...one of them is due any day now. The staff including Andrea at the front desk is excellent to work with, but in terms of scheduling and service. The clinic has grown over the years, but the excellent standard of care is always fantastic!!! This visit we saw Dr Carly. She was great and printed me off helpful information about having puppies. This is not a better vet office in all of southern Wyoming!!!
