All the staff was very kind. It was the first time Stanley has ever had to go the Dr. Dr. Carley was great and very gentle. Stanley was much calmer going home than coming. I was surprised. All is well now and Curtis and I thank you very much……so does Stanley, he sounds much better. He would suggest instead of chicken flavored antibiotic perhaps a fresh ground squirrel would be a better choice for a barn cat…. Thank you all. Ellen Hicks and family.

Everything is always very satisfactory, I choose your business over others in town. My only feedback would be the large amount of hair on the floor and bench in the exam room.

Waited in a hot exam room for 25 minutes for the vet to show up after the tech exam. Vet showed up and tried to give one dog a vaccine in a stabbing motion when neither I or the dog quite expected it. After the dog kind of jerked and snapped air I got a lecture about how if dogs bite it will need to be reported. After that she did kind of a weird stabbing motion with the needle without pulling up the skin like she was scared. It kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I let the vet know these dogs have been treated there for years by Ashley and most of the other vets with no issues and if she would communicate when the shot is coming and pull up the skin instead of stabbing the dogs won t react that way. Uncomfortable with animals IMO.

Was not told when to take bandage off.. should be in release docs.. he seemed to be in a lot of pain later. His leg is red where iv was. He is favoring it. I have taken my dog for this procedure before. I am not sure why there were these unexpected complications. I am apprehensive about taking my second dog for procedure.

To start, the folks working there are pretty great. Friendly and helpful. The issues. Made an appointment using the website. Got a call the night before saying there was an issue with the website and everything was being double booked. Things happen and I understand that. I work in IT and know these problems arise. These applications need to be monitored consistently so when problems occur they are caught right away. Not a big deal as you were accommodating and let me drop my cat off and took care of him but it would make it way easier on your staff. I m about to ask for the third time for an estimate for a procedure. First I was told it would come by email. I never received it. Waited a day and called. Was told I would get a call back. Still no call 24 hours later. Meanwhile we are stressed wanting to know how much this is going to cost. You are at a critical limit with your staff and patient volumes. Everytime we go in, everyone is working their butts off trying to stay afloat. Either you need to reduce volumes a little, hire more staff, or take a good hard look at your work flows and figure out how you can become more efficient. It feels very chaotic in there. Part of it is just the noise from the animals but the other part is people running around trying to keep everyone happy. I think this issue is why I can t get an estimate for the procedure. My request is being lost in the madness.

My dog visits you for day care. I would love more information about how he did (he has anxiety issues) and what his day looks like!

We were traveling from California. Looking for an easy appointment to get our chihuahuas toenails trimmed and gland expressed. Animal Health Center was so accommodating with a tech appointment. For what we needed, 9-12 or 1-5, just walk in and he could be seen. They had awesome customer service. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Text reminders with the times. Plenty of parking for an RV. We were in and out in 20ish minutes. We will definitely come back if we are in Wyoming. Gus~Gus was well taken care of. And the prices are SO good. We pay double in the Bay Area. And they have an awesome grooming department. We would have taken advantage of the services had we known in advance and made an appointment. Great country vet services!

Everything was quick friendly and smooth. I arrived early for my appointment and my horses were seen immediately! I also received my Coggins in a timely manner. Thanks for all you do!

Staff was rude and inconsiderate, canine situation was not treated with compassion and medical history was not taken into account during appointment.

I haven’t had to use your services very often, as my dogs are only two, but I haven’t had any issues in those two years. I don’t know what the costs of animal care is generally, since I haven’t really had to deal with it before, but as far as I can tell, your costs are very reasonable. Thanks for your services!!

Please don t force people with sensitive dogs to co-mingle with others. It makes for a very unpleasant experience for all concerned. Thank you.

I love this clinic, the staff and Dr MacGlover ! They are so friendly, genuine and professional. My dogs love them and always get state of the art care delivered with compassion and in collaboration with me.
