Dr. Wilson is very kind, gentle and thorough with our kitties. I have had prior pets that were also seen by Dr.Wilson and he treated them with just as much care as our current pets. The staff are pleasant and helpful as well. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur kids!

When I went to pay my bill I noticed that my address was incorrect I moved three years ago and have been at your office many times since with Tessa. Tess s age was wrong The information on the bill, vaccination report, and rabies paper had not been updated. I phone the office to give the girl my new address Tessa s correct age incorrect phone number on one of the forms. She said she would email me new forms. She had to do this twice because she had not done correctly and had my address wrong. It seems to me that this is kind of careless. We had not met this girl before at your office but making a correction with a pen then having to contact her by phone and email to get the forms correct is not in my book up to par. She should have taken the time to write down all the information that was changed and put it in the computer while I waited and given me a proper form. You asked for my opinion.

billing is always a touchy subject. I know that clients often feel the prices vets charge are high. This is often due to no education as to the value and cost of most of the services provided. I feel that an open convo of the potential costs and the pro and con of the suggested procedure prior to the service might be helpful to the clients. I personally paid my bill as I asked for suggestions from the vet and wanted to follow them based on the best health path for the pet but some may want to know up front what those costs might be. It is a determining fact for many. So perhaps this can be included in the initial consult. It may not have been in mine since I have a history with the vet and there is a trusting relationship. As well I went in asking for the services, regardless of the cost in this particular instance. just a suggestion!!
