Dr. Wilson not only took care of Jax but he also took the time to reassure me and my family that he was going to be okay with the help of some medication. The staff in the office were understanding when I was distraught on the telephone and helped calm me down both on the telephone and in the office. My dog required removal of a skin growth . No one explained her stitches. What they were and if I had to bring her back for removal. I answered these questions on my own. Also the cone recommended was too large and my poor dog could not even relive herself without banging into objects. I think more time should have been spent fitting her for more comfort and what provided the protection of her incision

Dr. Kim Crisanti is a superb addition to your team. She was very kind and gentle with my senior cat. She took the time to explain the significance of her thyroid findings to us an signs we should be looking for in Fluffy s behavior going forward.

Everything went very smoothly. My dog is very nervous and he is not happy being at the vet. Dr. Wilson is very gentle and he gave Harley the shots he needed very quickly. I couldn’t be happier with their care.

The vet was very helpful - chipping tarter off, and explaining about the cracked canine tooth.

Would have liked further discussion regarding teeth cleaning. Would rather speak to Dr Wilson than locum

Thankful for being able to be seen on short notice and for having the full attention of the veterinarian, she was very kind and informative. Also believe all chargers for the visit and medication was very reasonable. Lucy the pug was also great full !
