We walked in with our dog who was in distress and were almost immediately looked after.

The staff are all very caring & kind. I was made to feel as my ailing cat & I were the only ones that mattered. My cat was seen quickly. I received 2 follow up calls to check on my cat’s well being with a promise to check on her again Monday. I would recommend Lakeshore Animal Clinic to everyone.

I thought it was smart having another person with the vet to make sure my dog was relaxed and comfortable. It was really appreciated as my dog is fairly nervous. Thought everyone there was very personable and friendly. I feel I got an honest assessment on my dogs health and wasn’t up-sold on any unnecessary treatments. Overall great experience! We have received wonderful care for our pets including a dignified, gentle euthanasia for our beloved Standard Poodle. Everyone was very friendly and efficient as always. The location of this practice is very convenient and with excellent parking right outside the door. The practice was clean with plenty of seating in the waiting area ( not that we had to wait long to be seen).

Always easy to get an appointment when it s convenient to my schedule. Easy parking. Staff always pleasant and answer questions. If they don t know they find out for you. And Archie loves his new tartar control cat food :)
