Because of the current pandemic, I cannot answer them for this week, but in the past everything has been very good. It would be unfair for me to single out one person in an office of outstanding staff. We are so grateful for all of you.

Dr. Finch is absolutely the best! There is no one else I trust as much with my pets and their health. Hannah is also an amazing and helpful employee; I always enjoy talking with her. I do not know the name of the technician who picked up and dropped off my dog Izzy today, however she is extremely friendly and kind.

I have been going to Grantview for over 30 years. Dr. Finch and his crew are the best out there. They truly love the animals.

I thought this visit was completely professional considering it had to be curbside. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for still seeing my pet during this time.

I had a visit during the COVID and the people that came and got my pets were wonderful and friendly and very caring. I spoke with the staff on the phone and felt well informed on what was occurring. Great Job!!

A special thank you to Dr. Katie Castelli, who goes above and beyond for my pet s special needs. She is incredible, and I feel very fortunate to have such a caring vet for my pets.

With all that is going on with COVID-19, they handles everything with compassion and grace. Never felt my pups were in harm s way. Also got some great tips on teeth brushing and nail trims. Thanks everybody!

There is no other place than Grantview Animal hospital that I would trust my fur baby Yogi with. Dr Finch has been my veterinarian for my doggies for the last 20 plus years and I hope to have him for at least a decade more. The pick up from the parking lot was much appreciated during this Coronavirus pandemic. Dr.Stice called me in my car to explain in detail how the exam went, and what tests were done. Then I was transferred to the front desk and given the amount due. I wrote a check and they brought my cat out to the car, and I gave them the check. Very simple, and wonderful service during this crazy time. I absolutely love Grantview Animal Hospital vets and staff.

This was our first visit during social distancing & the staff at Grantview has created a friendly & efficient procedure. Dominique was who came out to get and return Banyan - she made this new process of not staying with your loved-one easy to do -- she was friendly, warm, caring and made it feel very personal. Dr Stice is ALWAYS amazing. I have referred people to her and I have 3 dogs and 2 cats currently under her care. The rest of the staff are awesome as well. Terry and Caroline have known me for quite some time and they are wonderful with every animal. Give them all raise

The staff at Grantview are wonderful in regard to answering questions, providing services and calming fears (for both furry clients and non furry parents). Dr. Stice goes above and beyond in sharing exam findings, explaining treatment options and following up on her clients. Thank you for all you do to keep your clients happy and healthy.
