We were VERY happy with our initial visit to the clinic. We saw Dr. Ellensburg, & he spent ample time examining our dogs, asking questions, getting background info, & explaining his diagnosis and the treatment plan. The front desk staff were very friendly. Check in & check out were a breeze. I was told about the paperwork when I made the appt, so we had that already filled out & ready to go. Much appreciated all around!

Was in and out in probably 30 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and a fair price. Been using Westside for years, and will continue using them.

Service was excellent but this survey is confusing using The stars. Do you leave them gold (as this is how they are first presented) for excellent service or do you click on them to make them darker. No instructions

I have always been treated with respect and my animals have always gotten excellent care.

Love Dr Lauren, Dr. Tom and staff always very friendly. The lobby area had a lot of hair in the floor and the exam table had not been wiped off. I can only imagine how hard it is to keep a vet office clean due to all the pets and shedding. But since I got this survey, I’m just letting you know. Thanks!
