Everyone was super helpful to me since I had two large dogs by myself. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful they were.

The office staff as well as the vet techs and veterinarian( Dr. Lauren were amazing. I have been a client for many years and I’ve never been unhappy with my experience at Westside. I would like to add that this is the first time I had attempted to make an appointment on line and I strongly suspect that I didn’t do it exactly right but they didn t miss a beat in making me feel as if everything was exactly like it should have been and welcomed me as warmly as always.

I br5ought my male cat Morty in to be neutered. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful, let me pay in advance so that another family member could pick Morty up that afternoon . I was called mid morning to let me know the procedure had taken place and Morty was waking up. That was appreciated. Knowing my boy was doing ok , gave me peace of mind. All in all wonderful experience for me, if not so much for Morty....LOL

Sweep up dog hair daily, at 7am dog hair everywhere in waiting area and in exam room. Shorter on-hold time.
