We always get great service for our pets from all the staff at Westside!

Y’all are amazing! From the front desk to helping us out! Y’all know the humans need a little “help too” and y’all are so compassionate. I know y’all try to take the best care of my baby!!

I didn t actually come in for a visit. I made a call regarding an issue with my dog. Dr. Wilks called me back and discussed it with me, gave me a suggestion to resolve the issue, and was generally very helpful and reassuring.

Front staff, doctors and assistants are always very helpful and personable. Specifically I noticed, while waiting, that one of the front staff listened very amiably to a patron. This probably has encouraged that patron to feel your place is safe for themself and their pets.

Every thing and everyone is great as always. We like coming their. Charlie not so much, it usually means he is getting a shot and he doesn’t like needles. I can’t blame him I don’t like them either.
