Everyone is always polite, friendly and helpful.

Only complaint- We explained we are at high risk for Covid 19. We were accommodated by being able to wait in our vehicle until a room was ready. (Bravo) However, our tech did not wear a mask the whole time she was in the room with me! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to disregard the safety of individuals who let you know in advance they are high risk.

Just a little upset because no rooms for exam. Had to give my baby vet tech and wait in lobby. I understood this was to get me in and out faster. Still would of liked to been with my girl.

Dr Lauren is the best!! Y all are the absolute by far best vet office I have ever been to!!!!
