Was placed into a room with my dog and had to wait between 20-30 minutes with the door closed while my dog barked the whole time before being seen by the vet.

We have been to other vets before, but were completely blown away by westside veterinarian hospital. They were beyond what I was expecting. They were very informative and caring. I m so glad I was referred by my neighbor. I look forward to to bring my fur baby here in the future. Thank you all for such wonderful service experience.

I was very dismayed at how long I had to wait. I had scheduled a 1300 appt and sat in a room for 28 mins before the doc came in. I did not say anything then. This comment thing is a good thing. Thank you for wanting to maintain exceptionalism.

Love bringing my pups here, easy, fast, thorough. Really enjoy the use of technology for reminders for my dogs vaccinations, and other medications. Dr. Mehan is our favorite but the other doctors are amazing as well. They accommodate to the needs of my dogs in the waiting area and make sure we get a room quickly, as one of my dogs is rambunctious and impatient. We will continue to come here as long as we live remotely close.
