All 6 were excellent; however, it was unresponsive when you clicked on the 5th star

I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. West side meets all our needs in caring for our pets. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I get an reminder when their shots are due. West side also has the best price for meeting our pets needs. I love Dixie; she is the vet I schedule all my appointments with. If For any reason Dixie isn’t available I trust all the Veterinary s at west side.

I loved the facility, all the people were super friendly, prices were reasonable, and I don’t mind the 45 minute drive because they are truly the best choice for my three dogs.

I wasn t able to make individual selections (except for N/A) but I can tell you all six questions get an excellent from me.

The owner needs to install hooks at the payment side of the Customer Desk. This would allow customers to hang their leashes on them as they transacted payment for services. There is no excuse for not doing this simple for Customers. If you would buy them, I would hang them for you at no charge. Larry Sortor

Have taken my girl Hope here since I first gotten her and the facility, staff, and dr are extremely nice and helpful. Definately recommend them to anyone needing a place to take their pet.

The entire staff blew me away in the most positive way! From the second I called, I was treated with great care and kindness. When we arrived, it was clear just how much everyone loves the animals. I am extremely impressed, pleased, and so very grateful!

They re all amazingly....they treated my pet like a family member.
