My opinion is this is the best animal hospital and kennel in North Alabama. They are extremely passionate about the care of our family members pets . The only amenitie they don t have that id use frequently is a boarding facility

Our puppy had what we thought was a ‘Hotspot’. It was on Sunday. I called Monday morning and you were Booked. They were very nice. We went at 3:30 and were worked in (which wasn’t bad). It was a Hotspot that was growing fast. All the vets and vet techs were super nice and helpful. Thank you for being our Vet!!

Our Little Girl Lady needed to have have her leg Amputated ?? But West Side took such good Excellent care of her. She has done so well through out this whole Process. We are so grateful for Dr. Lauren Ellenburg and the Staff for loving our little Lady and taking such great care of her.

I called to make an appointment to see Dr Wilks on Monday, but there were no available appointments until Friday. My dog’s situation was not urgent. However, I hoped to myself, if it had been, that I would have been able to get her in to be seen sooner.
