I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Every member of the staff I interacted with was very polite and caring. During my visit my dog had to be sedated for the procedure and the vet and assistant checked on my dog continuously to make sure she was doing well after the procedure. I will continue to take my pets there. 5 starts all around. Highly recommend

I was very pleased with the care and attention my cat received. Everyone was extremely friendly.

When I called on Monday to make the appointment I was afraid that I might not be able to get in since I had never been there. A big thank you to your receptionist. She was so kind and said that would not be a problem! Dr. Wilks took so much time assessing Miss Kitty. He was also so very kind! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

New to the area- this was the veterinary practice that everyone recommended. Now I know why. Great folks, took their time examining my babies( four of them:)), reasonable prices, and no extra things pushed. Thank you!!!

I love Westside,their vets, and staff. I ve been a customer for 21+ years. Appointments are relatively easy to get, Dr Dixie Mahan is who we usually see but will happily see Andy, Tom, or any of them. They are all professional, very kind, and take the time to answer all your questions and put you mind at ease.

We lost our first baby and best pal Yogi yesterday. The compassion and kindness shown to us by Dr. Lauren and Cathy will never be forgotten. Thank you Dr. Lauren for trying to save him. I know you tried your best. We also tried by putting him through surgery. I hate he had to go through it now but we can say we all did everything possible to make him better and keep him here with us. Thank you Cathy for the love you showed to us. Your words of support were so caring and thoughtful. The hugs we heartfelt. Thank you both again.

We had a fantastic visit. The facility is beautiful and clean. The reception staff is friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating. Dr. Wilks spent a lot of time with us, and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with our visit. Thank you all.
