As usual, I am very satisfied with the services provided by Dr Mahan and Westside. I do want to let you know that with this visit, there was a mild urine smell in the lobby.. Please know, this is not a complaint just some friendly feedback

We have been using Westside Veterinary Hospital for 10+ years and have never once had a complaint or concern. Everything from getting appointments that fit into our busy schedules. to the care provided after hours when needed, to cleanliness, to getting is in and out quickly without us feeling rushed or feeling like we had unanswered questions - it has been phenomenal. I am especially grateful for the staff who have always been friendly, professional, compassionate, and kind. I fully trust Westside Vet with my baby’s care.
