Casey and her staff are awesome groomers. We are always so pleased with how Buddy looks! She’s the best we have found!

I think Winnie was groomed by someone new. There wasn’t good communication at the beginning of the appointment. When we picked up Winnie she limped for three days. Not sure what happened to her or what we will do in the future.

Your services are awesome. Unfortunately most pet owners of medium to larger sized dogs with very high strength and energy like Spi can t respond to similar treatment once we get home and have to duplicate the treatment you are so good at in your treatment rooms. My wife and I were worn out trying to give Spi the ear meds. Doubt we can continue this for the 7 to 10 days suggested but we will try. Seems like a waste of pricey meds when they can t be administered properly. Our problem I guess!! Keep up your great work. We love you guys. Jim

We called to make an appointment on a Saturday morning about our dog’s eye injury. We fully expected to wait until the week to be seen. Your staff allowed us to come in due to the severity of his injury and got him in within two days for the necessary surgery. We are beyond grateful for your staff’s dedication to caring for our pet. All of the staff were incredibly calm and kind with our newly-adopted, and still very anxious dog, Camino. They were the picture of professional veterinary care, even when under the serious stress from an unfortunate animal emergency which coincided with our visit.
