I am very pleased with how much the doctors and staff treat my animals like they’re their own pets. I know I can get excellent treatment there.

The only thing I would suggest is when trying to draw blood from a dogs leg - maybe they have pup lay down instead of her slipping on concrete to have the tech get frustrated say she (dog) keep moving around. The doctor was absolutely fantastic and kind when he tried to draw it was smooth.

I did not feel rushed and appreciated not being urged to do unnecessary procedures

I especially commend Dr. Smith s kindness and empathy as we dealt with a mortally sick kitten.

I wouldn t go any place else for our pet and Vet needs. Dr. Tarrent and staff are the greatest!

The vet always answers my questions thoroughly and only recommends the services my dog really needs. It is very convenient to make an appointment.

I was not having the best day when I picked up our dogs from grooming and unfortunately took my bad mood out on the staff. Your staff handled the situation beautifully, they remained professional, polite, and helpful. I apologize sincerely to your staff for my rudeness and thank them for being nice to me when I wasn t so nice to them.

Great job with our precious baby! He looks fantastic! The groomer was excellent!

Arbor creek was clean and used safe protocols to allow owners be present with their pet. All staff was friendly and welcoming, as this was our first visit. Dr. Tarrant has a calm demeanor and he was so good with our new puppy. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully and honestly. We Can’t wait to continue receiving such excellent care for our little pup!

We weren’t completely satisfied with our visit. It seems that you are under staffed. There is always a long wait on the phone. Despite this, there are price increases. Also the last three times we’ve brought our dog there she has come hone with a cough. My husband called and left a message about it, but no one returned his call. You have a nice facility and the staff seems friendly but you should be aware of the issues.

I think Winnie was groomed by someone new. There wasn’t good communication at the beginning of the appointment. When we picked up Winnie she limped for three days. Not sure what happened to her or what we will do in the future.

Your services are awesome. Unfortunately most pet owners of medium to larger sized dogs with very high strength and energy like Spi can t respond to similar treatment once we get home and have to duplicate the treatment you are so good at in your treatment rooms. My wife and I were worn out trying to give Spi the ear meds. Doubt we can continue this for the 7 to 10 days suggested but we will try. Seems like a waste of pricey meds when they can t be administered properly. Our problem I guess!! Keep up your great work. We love you guys. Jim
