I brought our dog in for blood work. I received a call two days later that they blood had been left out all night and couldn’t be used. I had to bring my dog in the next day for new blood work. I don’t understand how things like this happen at a place as respected as this.

We lost our sweet Paisley this morning to a brain tumor. Dr. Wiedler was so comforting to work with and I felt like he mourned her loss as much as I did. You are a wonderful and compassionate group of folks and I felt like Paisley was in the best hands. Dr Rypma also took great care of her a few years ago when Paisley has to have emergency surgery due to eating a plastic beef jerky wrapper. We are thankful for all you did for us and how you took care of our precious Paisley.

Everybody was friendly, reassuring, and compassionate while we were having Brodie treated, a very scary time for us. We were incredibly impressed with your calling us immediatey after reviewing my call on Sunday evening and fitting us in first thing Monday morning. It appeared that you cared about him as much as we do. When Brodie couldn’t walk after the sedation, you let him stay over night at no charge. The second day after we brought him home and he was still refusing to take any of his multitude of pills, Erin volunteered to stop by on her way home from work, sat down on our garage floor with perfect enthusiasm, and got all Brodie’s medication down his throat while he kissed her face! This was truly above and beyond. We’re so impressed with you guys that we want to shout it from the rooftops!! Thank you beyond words! Dr. Kathy Jones.

The only thing I would ve changed would ve been to be in room to pick up my pet & discuss treatment she received at the facility & the at-home treatment still needed. There was only 1 other customer in the waiting area, but still...,,,
