For 25 years the people at North Rock have taken care of my animals and, by extension, taken care of me. They greet me by name when I walk in for a refill or exam with one of my pets. I very much appreciate all that they do and would recommend North Rock Animal Hospital to anyone looking for veterinary care for their animals.

Everyone was great. I especially appreciated the time the Doctor spent with me answering my questions. I didn’t feel like he was rushing us at all and I really appreciated that.

This visit was great and the doctor and staff were amazing. My only concern lies with the fact that I had to wait three weeks to get an appt to bring in all three of my dogs in for vaccinations. This is especially inconvenient because my husband travels and is away from home for months at a time so it is much more difficult for me to have to bring them all in by myself since he will be gone by the time I could get all three in for their appointment.

I have always received 5 star service when I have taken my pet in for appointments. They not only greet me, but always come around the desk and greet my dog as well They are so gentle and kind with my dog that she never hesitates at all to go with them. She has had many treatments and procedures done there over the years but has no hesitancy about going in. The medical care my dog has received is far beyond any expectations I ever had.
