Dr. Rypma is simply the best! The techs are always friendly as is the office staff. My dog is treated very well, and I don t have to worry how he is being treated when I cannot be present. Keep up the great work folks!!!

I was very impressed with my Vet Teach and my Vet.

My experience getting a last minute emergency visit on a busy day was fantastic. My dog was taken care of more quickly than I could have hoped and the staff was very kind and helpful.

North rock is not my normal vet. We go to Willowbend and absolutely love them and Dr Johnson. However, my dog was attacked and Dr Johnson was out of the office. We ended up at the emergency vet out west. After dealing with them and their terrible service I called my vet back and they sent us to North rock. Thank God for that. North rock was amazing. From the person I talked to on the phone to Dr Unruh who helped my dog. Everyone was amazing to work with and they were so good to my dog and got us in right away. I was so upset that day and they just were great. I will definitely go back to North rock if my vet retires or is gone again. I can’t thank you guys enough.

Everything was great except for Felicity not doing well in the car and on the visit. We decided to go by us now for her not to have to do the long car ride! Thank you for all the great years we have had there!

I can’t say enough good things about your facility the front end staff was polite and courteous and the vet techs were awesome and treated my dog with love and kindness!! And the veterinarian that treated my dog was prompt caring and informative I truly appreciate your office and will be bringing my bloopy dog back long term thank you all for everything

The only suggestion is that when I submitted the new patient form, someone should contact me to indicate that it was received and to follow up with setting up an appointment.

I had a different vet than the one I normally have. She seemed rather new and wasn t sure in her diagnosis. However, my dog seems to be doing better and that is all that matters.

I felt extremely comfortable and assured my pet was getting the best care. They are so professional but with a personal touch. You will love it there.

I’ve always received a call to check on Millie to see how see was doing after a procedure. I did not get a call this time. I missed not getting that call.

I did not have a problem with the price of services, but I wasn t informed of what they would be ahead of time (upon scheduling or check in. I felt as if I was bothering the person checking me out when I asked. Otherwise, I had a great experience. Dr. Unruh and her technician were amazing and I will be back!

Northrock Hospital for Animals rocks! I ve been taking my pets there since 1990. In all of these years, my pets and I have had nothing but positive expereinces with the veterinarians and staff.

From the customer service rep to the vet tech to Dr. Rypma, everyone was an outstanding listener and listened carefully to information we were sharing about our cat. We appreciate the time spent with us; we never felt rushed and all of our questions and concerns were addressed.

I appreciate the way Dr Stricker takes time to explain possible causes and treatments for my dogs so that I understand.

Love Dr. Rypma, but didn’t find her assistant to be very friendly or explain things well.
