Tech, a young man, who took my cat in and out was calm and reassuring. I was very appreciative. (Maybe Joel? I wish I could be certain.)

The attitude of everyone was professional, caring and knowledgeable. While this was only our second visit we were very pleased Northrock. We are making it our new vet clinic.

I have been a customer of Northrock Animal Hospital since 2000. Dr. Schimmels took such good care of my dog until Dr. Rypma took over until his passing. Dr. Weidler has since done a great job as well since we added three dogs to our family. I have noticed that as the practice has grown the customer service has changed. The feeling of being taken care of personally has switched to you re just another number. I am also signed up for text reminders about appointments for my pets, and I feel that they are excessive. I get them constantly for appointments that aren t due for months.

Suggest calling clients after procedures are complete. You used to do this years ago but we had to actively call to see if the surgery for our pet was complete, how our pet was doing, and when we might be able to bring her home.
