Staff Waiting Time
I adore Erin and was so delighted to see her again and to get caught up (she came out to the car just before someone else brought Mia out) since it’s been about a year since I’ve been in there. When we were about to lose Brodie, our huge Old English sheepdog a year ago, she even came out to our house, and I remember her sitting on our garage floor trying (successfully) to get Brodie to swallow some pills. Her compassion and empathy fill the whole space between the ground and low earth orbit; she’s one in a million. You need to give her a raise!

5. billing not explained at this time but had been on prior visits 6. due to covid I did not leave my vehicle. spots in parking lot were well marked and phone number was very visible so was able to easily notify desk we were here.

Love this vet. Bella is doing well. I really appreciate fitting her in. I was worried she might not live as I could not figure what was wrong. Not a problem I have had with pets or children. Rather scary.

Dr.Rypma has been the best Vet for my fur babies! She is beyond caring and compassionate. She also takes her time to explain things in detail which is very much appreciated!

It is a real hassle when it is so hot outside and I was kept waiting out in my car for 20 minutes before someone came out to get my dog and another 15 minutes to pick him up. If you are going to have these restrictions you should have enough staff to address your clients in the right way!

It was my first time there and the staff was very nice and patient with me. My daughter referred me to you folks and Dr Roma is so nice and helpful. Also very knowledgeable. You have an excellent system there
