I understand why you re doing it but I felt a little bad about my cat having to go in by herself, going to the vet is not her favorite thing to begin with. Hopefully you will be able to begin lifting covid restrictions soon

My now-former vet s office was rude and unhelpful when I called to make an appt for my dog that had an open sore on his paw; I called your office because you have been caring for my two grand puppies for many years now....I was given the earliest possible appt available and you now have a new patient! Everyone was very kind and professional....not always easy to do under today s circumstances! Thank you!

This was my first time meeting with Dr. Stricker and she was excellent, explained the how/why of everything done with my cat Tofu.

I understood that we were to receive a phone call if we didn t wait for test results for the fecal and the heart worm. That it would take 10 minutes if we wanted to wait. We decided not to wait, but we still have not received a phone call

I will never go to another veterinarian. My vet, Dr. Rympa has saved my dogs life more than once with her advanced knowledge and skills. When I leave my dog to be kenneled I know she gets superior care. It is a relief to know she is in the best possible care she could receive.

I don t know how to deal with the stars. Everything was wonderful. So my feedback is just all gold stars to everyone.

They were so kind & caring & worked very hard to try & keep the environment & procedures for our senior kitty as stress-free as possible. Had a 7:30am report time for surgery. Doctor was 20 minutes late.. Paying $400 plus dollars..I shouldn’t have to wait that long with my dog for one on one treatment. Keep in mind I could have had the procedure done elsewhere for cheaper. Know that your clients know this and expect more! Thanks!
