Chloe just Loves Dr Ackler and ALL of his staff and so do we!

Careful on contrived niceness. Genuine pleasant disposition is always appreciated. Our technician must not have read the chart. She sent us home with staples still in our pups face! (Perhaps we shouldn t have assumed they knew there was more than one location). Then no one on duty for the weekend :( Prior knowledge and confirming with owner whereabouts of injury are suggested! Since our girl couldn t tell you herself.

When having my dog groomed I would like to pick my pet up before she is put in a cage, She has a bad reaction from being locked up, I have the same problem at home

We live 3 miles from a different Veterinarian, but prefer to drive 25 miles to see Dr.Ackler. He and his staff are the best.

Didn t see the doctor. Was satisfied with visit except for one thing. The tech did not notify the front desk when the heartworm test results were done. Felt that I had waited there longer than necessary. The front desk finally figured it out. And I was taken care of in a satisfactory manner

I love your vet office and all the technician/assistants are very friendly, it is a very enjoyable experience when I come in for an appointment.

2 star rating: assistant stated I am not a doctor, but your dogs dirty ears are probably the reason for his discomfort .

The office cat is epic!

Dr. Ackler examined our 7 puppies in a gentle, thorough, and professional manner. We have 14 animals (including the 7 puppies) and he remembers them all. The staff always goes above and beyond what is necessary. Thanks,!!
