The whole team was great, the receptionist were fantastic. When I called to see about getting an appointment for a pup with a bad reaction (as a new client), Brenda (I think that was her name) instantly made me feel at ease and was incredibly kind. She even came out to the reception area to pet our pup when we arrived! We were very impressed - thank you!!
