I was very pleased when I brought Apollo in to the clinic. He was very well cared for and not only will I be back with all of our animals I will recommend you all to everyone I know as well!

Both Dan and I are grateful for the care, compassion and treatment for our JRT, Baron. I loved that we had an answer to his lab tests within the visit and meds were administered immediately. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the pig, I’m sorry I forgot his name! Hopefully we won’t need to come back soon; but, clearly know the place to go for the best of care. Thank you all.

My visit was very good and I felt like dale was very attentive and listened to all of the problems with zeek. Highly recommend this Mancelona vet.

she there to be groomed. I ve liked the way she turnes out but this time I believe she was clipped shaved around her back side instead of scissor clipped as I requested. she now sits and turns around to scratch her back side because it irritates her.

I brought Callie in and the doctor didn t even examine her. I used a muzzle she couldn t get out of and he still wouldn t touch her. It was a disappointment that he chose not to examine her as I could have brought in a picture and he could have looked at that. It was a waste of time and I had to put my animal through the stress of the trip there and the muzzle.Very disappointed.

I have been going to Mancelona Veterinary Hospital since I moved up here and am very happy not only with the doctor but with all the personal in the office. I would recommend you t o anyone.

We were there for a grooming appointment. Nicki (I think that s the groomer s name) did an excellent job! We ll be back for another grooming in 2 months.

I am not sure on the clinics protocol for handling fecal exams. Eli goes to Doggy Daycare and I must provide proof of a negative stool sample. I was never given that result verbally, nor was it on my invoice. At this point I am not sure of the result. Do you test in house or are they sent out???

Our most recent visit was to have Duke bathed and boarded - he LOVES being there ! :)
