I wish I would not have contacted the vet via teletails app as your website suggested. I was charged $21 for teletails app, told to make an appt and then charged $50 the next day for the visit for same diagnosis. Next time, I ll just bring my dog in. I asked the tech to give me the weight of my fog but was never provided the information.

Given the current circumstances with Covid-19 I thought that you all were taking great precautions to protect your employees and your patrons.

We are very happy with the way they were able to administer the shot to our new Puppy while maintaining a friendly atmosphere for our little Luna.

My only complaint is being out on hold immediately every time I call.

Maddie was there for grooming the 27th. When I picked her up she still had chocolate milk on her head (from the kids that morning) and was shaved unevenly. I explained this to the groomer and showed her where there was a problem. The groomer just kind of blew it off. I walked Maddie out to my husband and went back in to explain how unhappy I was asking why there was chocolate milk still on her and why she looked like that, all she could tell me was she did the hydro bath and shaved her the same as always. I’m very unhappy how we were treated by this groomer and how Maddie looks. I have taken pictures and would be more than happy to share them with you but I do not want that groomer working with Maddie again. I have always loved Circle of Life and how we have been treated but this employee was a huge disappointment.

This appt. was for Dexter. Dexter & Rocky are large dogs that are not the easiest to treat because of their aggression toward other dogs. Your staff was very attentive and accommodating as always.

Thank you so much for you amazing care and thoughtfulness in sedating Gray prior to her grooming. She isn t always the easiest cat to take care of.. and you all did a wonderful job. Wouldn t take my pets anywhere else!

Would like the groomer to let us know first of any additional cost before doing so. We know she was new, but it was additional expenses we didn t expect. Otherwise it s always great and love everyone.
