Dr. Cook, you and your staff are so amazing. We are treated so well by you and your staff. I need to thank you for all that you do for us.

I have tried a lot of vet s offices in the 15 years I lived in Festus. they for the most part were all clean. The Dr s on the other hand some are friendly on the first 5-10 visits then start getting a bit unfriendly as for price, yes I like reasonable rate but friendliness is just as important if the rate or reasonable you come back if not well back to the phonebook....

The staff was wonderful and I appreciated the vet as well. I’ll be recommending Circle of Life to all my pet owning friends!

Always a nice visit. Angel does such a great job on Gremmy and D OG. The staff and vets address all issues like their own pets.

On #2 - they never explain the charges on a bath & grooming service for Daisy. I just assume it is the bath and haircut. I did hear them tell someone else that they do the nails too...you know cut or dremmel down. Is that included? I also requested an emailed itemized bill - so I guess I will know what is/is not done then.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. However, not having assistance lifting my 60-pound dog onto the scale while being extremely pregnant was a bit tough.

I recommend you guys to everyone I I ve been coming to you for a while now everyone there is awesome and why I like you guys is because it s not a job to you, you can tell you re passionate about what you do and you definitely care. On a Saturday you guys were not accepting any more calls you were overbooked and Bella was very sick Zeus brought something in the house I was very scared so I took her to Festus Animal Hospital and they took care of her but I will never go there again and that made me appreciate you guys 100% more I will always recommend you and I will always come to you

The staff made us feel very welcome! I am excited that we have such an awesome place to bring our corgi s. They were warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable; I could not have asked for more :)

Everything was great, There was a new employee who helped us out. She was very helpful and asked a lot of questions. She was very good with my dog. She also gave me all the information I asked for and needed.

Can t seem to get this to work. However all was excellent. Dr. Cook and her staff are caring and professional. They take the time to speak with clients and you can see the love for the pets they treat.
