Kevin @ Karen were amazing with my 2 chihuahuas! They have always been muzzled or restrained by other practices in order to clip their nails, & Kevin worked an absolute miracle! I will be transferring over from my current vet as a result of the excellent care & approach!

All of the above services were excellent. I didn’t go in so I don’t know what to say about that.

Everything went fine considering the circumstances.( VIRUS) The tech explained every thing and he was very informative about what the vet said. I was pleased with every thing especially with every thing going on!

My husband was nervous bringing our kitty in during the COVID-19 pandemic...but was very reassured by the proper and adequate PPE practices he saw in place amongst the staff. From what I’ve seen so far from this practice, I am very happy with: -the staff/DVM expertise -front desk and vet tech expertise and friendliness -excellent communication and transparency -value (DVM was mindful in her course of action) - facility In all, a great experience, thank you!!!!!
