I live in minot & travel over an hour to bring Tucker to Wells, everyone is always so good to us. Always accommodating with appt times to allow for travel. Laura and kristina were great Saturday morning. Everyone else has always been great when we are there. Great team!

I was disappointed that I was not informed Dr Santerre left the practice - he was the number one reason we chose Wells Dog & Cat. The vet who treated my dog didn’t introduce herself, which felt a bit impersonal.

Dusty has a new lease on life! He s a new 16 year old kitten! He didn t want me to pat him pror to his haircut. Now he s back to being his lovable self. The surgery on his cut worked well and he s left it alone, it s healing well! The staff went above and beyond helping carrying him to and from the car. We re both happy campers! Thank you!

Felt the Dr ‘s exam was a little quick

Vet tech nor vet didn t introduce themselves. Both very nice and compassionate but that s a professional must since we were 1st time patients. Also, vet tech was a bit of an alarmist. We thought she was the vet at 1st. Everyone nice and services were very reasonable. We might switch over.

Tommy was seen right away. They understood exactly what was going on and knew what to do. Tommy immediately responded to them and relaxed, let them do what needed to be done. Obviously, Tom Tom felt so much better. This vet is highly recommended!

I am so very impressed with the staff there, we really appreciated the sympathy card sent to us after we put our 17 year old cat down, it was very touching. very personalized care. thank you!

Very friendly, helpful staff. We were traveling with our newly diagnosed diabetic dog and needed some additional help. Our home vet was easily able to communicate with this vet for our dog. They even followed up with an additional phone check before we left the area. Very caring and eased our anxieties about being on the road with our dog.
