We are summer residents of Wells and have brought our 3 dogs to Wells Dog and Cat Hospital for the past few years. The entire staff is caring and very pleasant to deal with. The vet tech and the doctors are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to resolve any problems with our dogs. We highly recommend them!

Dr Julie Koupal and Wells Dog and Cat Hospital were absolute life savers!! We were on our way up to Maine from CT for the weekend when we realized that our almost 13 y o peek-a-poo Stitch had something wrong with his eye. I googled vets and found them and they were able to fit us in. Stitch had a scratch on his cornea. They were able to treat him and send us on our way with all the supplies we needed. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them!

It was heartbreaking to leave my other vet, but everyone there made me feel so welcome. They took a lot of time and care with my dog. It felt so good to be able to bring her in and be with her like it was before. Thank you.

Little pricey but great staff and very accommodating

We were very happy with our first and second visit with you nice people. I couldn t believe how fast we got appt, and everyone is so pleasant. Thank you all very much!

We came in on a Thursday afternoon with our dog in a major crisis - in respiratory distress due to LP (Laryngeal Paralysis) they rushed out, put her on a gurney and rushed her in. For a few mins it was very scary but Dr. Sevigny and her team, front desk staff included, saved our girl. There are not enough good things I can say about the staff, the efficiency of how they all moved as one team to save her, but the compassion they had not only for her, but for us. Maine is our 2nd home and if I had to pick a vet in Wells, it would be them. PS - she went on to have surgery and is resting doing great - and like any good Lab, she is sitting right next to me begging for food as I eat my breakfast. So, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for saving our Lucy girl.

The staff is not only helpful and understanding, but some of the friendliest service industry workers I have ever met. They were able to squeeze in my dog after she scratched her eye on a Friday morning. They were willing and ready to help my dog and me out with anything. The best vet I have ever gone to!

Rascal doesn t make it easy for you, but you do a great job with him.

I had to get a prescription for pimobenden and was referred to a pharmacy compounding facility in Yarmouth. I live in wells and went to a new Classic Compounding pharmacy in York on rt 1. I was very happy with their service and think you should offer this as an option,

I am a seasonal resident and this was my dogs first visit for his wellness exam. We were there last year when my dog was ill. His regular vet said nothing was wrong and you found the problem. I cannot express enough how friendly your staff is and they listen to you and care about your dog. Dr Chris Sevigny came into the room and sat right on the floor with Baxter. I have never seen any of my other doctors do that. He was extremely friendly, listened to me and explained when I didn’t understand. I look forward to having you care for Baxter in the future.
