Uppon arriving home, I looked at bill more closely. Noticed a charge for disposel of hazardous waste. Never been charge that before nor was it said to me anything about this new charge. I also noticed that there was a lime desease test when only consented to a heart worm test. Come to find it was an all in 1 test. I did some calling around & 1 place was about 100 cheaper for all Smokey received. Another place for just the office visit was 23 more than what you charge. I called up with my concerns about the bill. Everything was explained but I sill hung up not satisfied. I love the care you give my animals, however, cost wise, makes me want to look for another vet especially when charges are on the bill I was never informed about.

I felt that my first appointment here with my cat was the most informative vet visit that I have had in the past 6 months. I was actually shown the x-rays so I could see and understand better what was causing his pain. I look forward to being able to bring the rest of my pets to see Dr. Sevigny.

As a frequent flyer , it s amazing but I actually look forward to coming to the office. I feel like every single person there loves my pet like their own and wants the very best for him. Everyone in the office is super friendly and knowledgeable, and everyone seems to really enjoy their work. I can t think of anything to change. Keep doing what you re doing - it s clear you are doing something right!

The staff are all amazing!!!! There should be more Animal hospitals where every person that works there truly cares about the animals and the animal parents. We cannot say enough about the staff at Wells Dog and Cat. They are all like family. They care about our k9 kids as much as we do.

Everyone was very respectful and professional while we were there which was very important to us. We have had negative experiences in the past so it was really reassuring to feel like our dogs will be well cared for there because to us they are members of our family and not just a pet.

This was the best experience I ve ever had at a veterinarian. Wells Dog and Cat Hospital took me in last minute because of a dental emergency and I m not even a current customer. They bent over backwards to fit us in and gave us exceptional care. They treated us extremely well in a tough time and we will never forget that. I can t thank them enough.

Dr Chris S is awesome! He continues to stay in touch with Piper s progress. He has also seen Piper 2 years ago and remembered her. He Tech, sorry, I can t remember her name, but she also is awesome, I just want her for my best friend, she is caring and also remembers Piper from 2 years ago. Your staff has been so wonderful!
