Experience at the office was great, but making the appointment was an issue. I received several texts and emails about making an appointment, but when I sent availability or requested a specific date/time they told me I have to call. I have a demanding job and it is hard for me to call during regular business hrs. I don t understand why a staff person is able to communicate with me via email / text but they cannot confirm an appointment without a call? When I did call it went to voicemail several times. Your process makes zero sense and is a huge time-waster.

There was pet hair on the floor but that s to be expected at a vet since I m assuming there isn t time to clean between each pet. Otherwise the facilities were quite clean, and the vet and vet tech were very helpful and thorough!

I have no complaints at all. You guys did a great job and everyone is so nice.

The medication follow up could be improved upon. I was told “information and details” would be printed out but it was just background information and not very relevant to my needs/situation

Good, quick visit. I was surprised that I was not forewarned about the price estimate to expect at checkout, especially for such a large amount.

Always friendly and courteous and I never have to worry about my boy Leon when he’s in your care. A great facility employed with great nurses and doctors.

Best experience i’ve ever had at the vet! The doctor & nurse took their time to explain every thing clearly which is so appreciated when worried about a sick pet.

Everyone at the hospital was very nice and helpful. Dr Tyson was very helpful.

Everyone was lovely, and kind. They were also very thorough, and were very descriptive as to what they were doing the entire time, so nobody was confused as to what was going on. I take my two guinea pigs and dog there, and they are nothing short of amazing each time
