The staff including doctor and nurse went out of their way to ensure our pet was as comfortable as possible. They stayed well beyond their closing time to attend to our needs and did not complain when we asked them to do one more thing while our pet was there. They were the epitome of courtesy and professionalism.

I love how patient Dr. Bittner was with my dog. He is a nervous pup when it comes to vet visits and he did very well for his first time! by the time his appointment was over he was trying to follow her back to her office. I also love the hours, its very hard finding a good vet with later hours. Thank you!

I wasn’t told how much the urinalysis was going to be before it was done but that’s okay. Overall, I just wanted to make sure my hamster was healthy. Everyone was very nice and the vet was very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back there in the future with my other pets.
