I’ve never had such a great experience at a vets office. Frank, my dog, never looked nervous or scared. You guys clearly love animals and it shows! I was so appreciative of the doctor going over the charges and services with me BEFORE she started doing anything. It was nice to know exactly what I was paying for. The facilities are gorgeous and so clean. Truly you all are amazing and have gained a repeat customer. I’ve also already recommended you all to a few friends who are looking for a vet.

Great staff! So friendly even with my dog being so big. They didn t fear him at all and it felt like he was welcome! I m going to use this as his permanent vet!

I was highly satisfied. My only complaint is that my dog was prescribed antibiotics after this visit and due to this prescription, she was not allowed to receive her booster Lepto shot as previously scheduled but she could have had the booster that day before starting the antibiotics(she was within the appropriate window of time). I was unhappy that I was not aware of this, because I now have to pay again to have my dog receive the initial Lepto shot. Other than that, everything was above and beyond fantastic.
