I am beyond happy with the care me and my rabbit, Sunflower, received at this vet. They were great about getting her in for a follow-up for stasis and I am so happy they will be our primary vet moving forward! They were incredibly knowledgeable and kind and even called the next day to check in with us!

My dog is very fearful at the vet and the staff (especially Sam) was extremely kind, understanding, and accommodating.I really appreciate the extra care everyone provided for her. Previous vets have handled my dog roughly, but I had the exact opposite experience at 2nd Street. I m a force free dog trainer and will be sending my clients with nervous dogs to this practice in future.

I was shocked to be able to get an Exotic Pet appt so quickly. I was very satisfied with the quality of information I was provided and the care and respect shown to me by the staff. The people who spoke with me on the phone were SO FRIENDLY. It was a breath of fresh air and actually made me look forward to my appointment and meeting the person on the other side of the phone. This is also saying a lot because I normally dread talking on the phone. I also appreciate all the different forms of contact- email, phone, and heck even snail mail! I feel so well taken care of and appreciated

Very welcoming office, clean, and professional. The staff are phenomenal! They made me and my pups feel comfortable.

We were very favorably impressed every aspect of our visit, are grateful for the attention that Tita and we received, and are glad we found you. We would appreciate less communications from your office regarding appointment reminders and confirmations if possible. One is certainly appreciated and hopefully will be sufficient in future. Also, please remove Tita Wynne from your birthday list. Receiving that greeting only reminded us of what the poor dear must have suffered during the 8 years before she came to us last year. And of course, we have no idea of her exact age or birthday. Thank you

Being able to book online was really convenient and super easy, especially with my changing schedule. I also got plenty of reminders about the appointment as well. The staff was very friendly and informative!

I loved my experience at 2nd street vet! It was very easy to be seen, and I loved the vet nurse in particular, she was so friendly with me and caring with my hamster.
