Always a great service at 2nd street animal hospital! The staff is so friendly and accommodating and always makes my pet feel safe and calm.

I was Very satisfied with the Service & Care that Louie received & Every Staff member was pleasant as well as professional however I paid $19.99 for pain medication that I couldn’t get into the syringe because it was only a tiny bit in the Corner of the tiny bottle. A great practice with great staff!

I have a hard time keeping up with some of Dr Bittners comments (very fast, through a mask) so I just have to ask for clarification sometimes. Very happy being able to have an emergency and get appts next day with you, which is why I am a customer here!

Clients should be given the option of having invoices,test results and/ederdeor redeport cards printed or emailed..

Dr. Bittner was phenomenal as is consistent with my previous visits. Samantha was cheerful, compassionate and caring which is also consistent with my previous visits. Victoria whom I had not met before was kind, compassionate and professional. This practice has consistently far exceeded my expectations and I am so very appreciative for your amazing care. I would add that Cat and Kristin in the front office are always pleasant and professional!! Thank you so much for always providing us with an amazing experience!! KUDOS!!

I was not very comfortable with the method of cutting nails, and was disappointed in the way the medicine was given- difficult to administer since it was not in a bottle I can fit a syringe in with no leaks. The first time I used it, it leaked

So great!! So friendly and nice!

The staff is always friendly and professional. They are very familiar with my pets history and take the necessary precautions to ensure that his care takes that history into account. The only negative I would say is that the prices are higher than other vets in the area which includes a disposal fee of medical waste. This fee is not assessed by other vets in the area.

They are great. Very easy, friendly, supportive. Feel lucky to have them in our neighborhood

Beautiful facility, Excellent staff. However, utilizing the services of my regular Vet, several medical issues were not addressed that were noted . Madison has been hospitalized overnight to ensure a speedy recovery, to include medication for home. With gratitude, Ms. Kimberly
