Came in for a Bordetella shot with Dr. Booth, somehow wound up in an annual exam with him $600 later. I did not book this with Dr Booth or anyone. The clinic took it upon themselves. I was not asked if I would like to book it with a certain vet or book with my usual Veterinarian. I always and only go through Darren. It was unexpected and I was put on the spot, I very much regret this visit.

The only thing I did not like is have to wait after three days after my appointment to have the result from the lab ?? I wish I could have the result faster

I had one question regarding my invoice, but they answered it. I was not given a totally clear price breakdown of tooth extractions, but that is my fault as I told the woman at check-in that I gave consent for the extractions to be done while my cat was under anaesthetic. I suppose I waived my right to approve the cost in advance, as I told them I didn t require a phone call. I was a bit surprised the Dr. decided to extract a tooth that had a slight chip, but I guess they are proactive when it comes to potential future tooth decay. Dr. Ogilvy was not there in the morning when I dropped my cat off, so perhaps others are given slightly more information in advance. Dr. Ogilvy did a good job, my cat seems to be healing well.

This was my first visit with my new 4 month old puppy and it was an absolute pleasure for both myself and my puppy Moose. Also Dr. Lee had done some extra tests on my puppy and made sure to follow up the very next day which was a Saturday with the results and did an excellent job answering all my questions and emails in a timely fashion. The rest of the workers at the Vet where extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. I recommend this Vet to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and caring staff for their pets.

I just switched over from a different clinic. I am very happy with Dr. Marcus and the clinic. She was friendly and knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated the follow up call the following day to check in on my pup.

Some of the consultation rooms are VERY small. It was stressful for my dog to be there. Secondly, I think vets should preface that they are recommending something that may not be covered by insurance.

We are always taken care of right away, with a smile always, and I am extremely pleased and happy we have made the change last year to McGilvray Vet Clinic. You are all A PLUS staff and things are always ordered quickly and insurance is always taken care of on time as well. Thank you once Again. 5 stars for everything!!!

Dr.Markus was great! I transferred to your offices from a Vet who had looked after my pets for the last 30 years. I was so apprehensive to try a new Vet. Dr.Markus put me immediately at ease. She took time to listen and was genuinely interested in my cat Peaches. I’m relieved & grateful to have found such a caring and personable Veterinarian!
