Dr. Adriana and all the staff at the clinic are exceptional. They truly care about our pets and ar there to help us through everything, good and bad. I m grateful for the support and care. Thank you!

Everyone was super pleasant to deal with. I waited over an hour from my check-in (no wait) to actually seeing the doctor. I was surprised as this was a 10am appt. I don t know if this is deemed within the hospital s service levels. I would deem it not.

5 star rating as always. Best vets in the city! Jasper (samoyed) has gone through a lot in his first 2 years and the vets and team @ McGilvray have always been brilliant, kind and supportive. I have moved out of the area and will continue to drive to the old neighborhood to bring Jasper there for his care. I trust them!

Billing expenses are high and maybe should be told ahead og time what to expect. Everything else is excellent quality.

I brought two dogs in for an annual check-up. I thought the vet was amazing. My dogs loved her. That said, the bill for both dogs was astronomically high. I don t feel like the vet gave me ample information regarding all the testing and costs. Also, the doctor offered to write me two prescriptions, but didn t tell me there would be a $25 charge for each one. Overall, we were very happy with our service, but felt blind-sided by the bill. We may look for another vet on pricing alone, which is really too bad because we loved our experience while there.

Dr. Marks is the best!!!!!

Dr. Ogilvie (hope the spelling is right!) was helpful and kind. He has a very loud voice when in such a small room!

You provide excellent care and are all great. Have been coming there for 17 years. Dr. Marks is excellent and any of the other doctors I have seen are also great as well as the staff. Would always recomend you.

Dr. Booth was so great and helped my cat when he had a bladder infection. Since it was hard to diagnose since my cat had an empty bladder and there was no urine to test, he made sure we covered all bases and possibilities with the right medication which was so helpful. My cat showed improvement that very same day and continued to get better and I’m so thankful for the care he received.
