I can’t complete this on my iPad. Unfortunate. However the experience And Dr Adriana was excellent.

Staff and care of my dogs is always great but I wish the vets/staff would address the cost of services up front. I seem to always have to ask How much is the cost? which makes me feel uncomfortable. I feel its your responsibility to go over whatever services are recommended and the associated costs without having to be asked every time. Having 2 dogs, I would appreciate being informed without having to ask. Thank You!

The groomer accused my dog of being vicious, the receipt was sent without a breakdown— As usual m Dr Adriana was exceptional.

If you call a client to say that their dog is due for vaccinations, the client should be told that a check up exam (for which a fee of $100 will be charged) is mandatory at the same time. If it is not mandatory then I’d be interested to know why when I thought my dog was just getting 2 vaccinations, she ended up having a check up as well without me being asked if I would like her to have one. As it happens, she had a check up elsewhere recently and did not require one and I would have said so if asked/told ahead of time.

With so many new veterinarians and key office personal it would be nice to have their names and photos on a wall in the reception area. They did this 30 years when I first became a client at McGillivray and it provided a comfort level and familiarity when my pet s vet was on holiday and later retired.Instead of going elsewhere I stayed at the clinic.
