Dr. Brian Ogilby was great. We went in for our first visit with our 8 week-old puppy and the entire staff at the McGilvray Vet Clinic took incredible care of him. We are very happy with the service received!

Excellent customer service and top shelf care for my dogs. However, the cost of taking care of our pets has gone up dramatically! Perhaps some subsidies are in order for less affluent clients. Just a suggestion!

I have been with you now for 16 years. Your staff is one of the best,friendly and helpful. I have had dogs all my life and find Dr. Marks is one of the best, so effecient and great with all my dogs, as is all of the Doctors at McGilvray. I highly recommend the clinic. The Folk family.

I like you asking which vet mynpet should see, but for me at least I would like the same vet always. Minor comment, your clinic uses email vet well, could you not give your people indivicual eamil addresses instead of info@? Just a thought. GS

Overall dissatisfied. My appointment was changed 3 times including day of. We had to bring our dog back 3 times as he came home bleeding a lot and was in so much pain. It was never explained to me how many vaccines he was getting, I only found out once I saw the bill.

I m not sure if my responses were received but I rated all questions 5.(Excellent!) You service was absolutely outstanding. Dr Olijnyk attended to my pet Milo on Feb 10th. She is an outstanding, personable abd understands the of the needs of older dogs. She went over and above what was required, including clipping Milo s nails & cutting the hair around his eyes. McGilvray s has always been an excellent Vet Hospital. Dr Olijinyk is an outstanding addition to your team. Congrats!
