The only thing that would keep me from returning to City Pets is the price. It is expert, quality pet care and grooming - it’s just on the higher end of my budget and prices continue to rise. I am thankful for the fantastic staff and the care they provide my pup and it is the reason I keep coming back.

Thank you for your excellent care of Skyler at boarding. When we were stranded on vacation and needed to extend our stay, it was no problem, and we are so very grateful. It is clear he is loved there, and that he gets the best care. You even gave him a complimentary bath before we picked him up, and we appreciate the discount for day care when we board him. Skyler looks forward to his next visit!

John does a great job grooming my very needy dogs. I appreciate the time and patience he gives them.

As always Dr Kira was absolutely amazing. My dog came in critically ill and she worked quickly to refer us to OSU and took the time to explain everything. Thank you all so much for not only being urgent but so compassionate.

We switched our vet to this location last year and could not be more pleased. This past weekend was our first grooming appointment there. It is probably the best bath our dog has ever had. His coat is shiny and softer than it’s ever been. You can really tell how clean he is. We will definitely be back!

Another good experience with CityPets! This was our first time seeing Dr. Yoshi and I was really happy with the care she provided for my cat. She was caring and worked with me to create a plan of care for my senior cat to keep him feeling good.

Everyone is very friendly and the rooms are always clean. My cat never seems scared when visiting. Perhaps this is just the vet industry in general, but the cost of service seem extremely higher than I anticipated for what was done.

It’s fine to ask for a tip for the groomer. But, I don’t like how you ask for a tip before my dog even comes out. We should be able to see the result of the groom before being asked to leave a tip. All in all though, Jon does a great job.

I love bringing my dog here. Dr. Chapman and all of the staff are great with my dog who unfortunately can be a bit difficult. They make sure he is happy and comfortable the entire visit.

Duke doesn’t mind getting his toe nails trimmed, he isn’t as anxious when he comes in because the process is quick and efficient!
