Thank you for the care and compassion you showed Luna and I.

My only comment is that we wish we would have received more pictures, especially ones of the activities we booked (story time, one-on-one play, tuck-in). It was the first time boarding my fur-babies and defiantly would have been more relaxed if I received at least one picture per day/every other day. Although this did not change that everyone was wonderful, my cats looked great and we will be using this boarding again. :)

I am a new customer with few experiences yet, however so far the staff have all been really great. They are welcoming and patient with my questions and very kind. I am confident leaving my pups with you and the peace of mind is a blessing.

I brought our cat, Callie Sue in to be examined. We knew she would have to be euthanized soon because of the cancer in her jaw bone. I appreciate the honesty and kindness everyone showed to me. We just needed that last little push to make the decision that now was the time. We had Home With Dignity do the procedure here at home this morning. Callie is now at Schoedinger Pet services and will be returned to us in a very pretty urn.

Christa was a fantastic groomer! Maggie has a heart issue, and she was so careful and considerate and gave Maggie a beautiful haircut. We made another appointment right away. Great service and care!

Petra arrived this am to be boarded. I asked if a doctor could check him out, while he was there, since he had not been eating. I got a call from Doctor that she had checked him and was giving him some meds and some milder food to eat. Was going to do bllo

I have so enjoyed working with City Pets! Every single staff member is knowledgable, friendly, and sweet to my pup who can, at times, be a bit of a handful. (Said lovingly, of course!!) Not to mention, the groomers always do a great job! Special shout out to John who did a fantastic job yesterday, as expected. I appreciate that CityPets is safety focused. My dog, Zeus, gets sedated grooms and is required to get a full exam before each sedation. Unfortunately, due to rising costs, I am unable to afford this going forward. Each visit is about $200-300 and he needs groomed about every 3 months. I am hoping that we can return in the future but at this time, I will be seeking a more affordable option. I will always recommend this office to others, despite the cost because I think our situation is unique due to the frequent sedation. Thank you so much for the care you have given us!!!

Very impressed with how clean the hospital was kept. Something that is very important to me. The staff were efficient and friendly. Couldn t be happier with Dr. Littleton. She and I were on the same page on many things. She has great insight and gave great suggestions.

The veterinary and office staff at CityPets are the best. They are knowledgeable, kind and caring to their patients, and respectful to their clients.

First appointment with our new rescue went great. Staff was patient and helpful and worked to make it a good experience for our pup and us!
