Taylor has been amazing working with my senior dog Homer. After his long time groomer closed I was recommended City Pets and I could not be happier with the time and attention given to my boy. Homer has anxiety, spinal issues and is losing his sight and hearing. Though the first appointment was rough for Homer, Taylor made a plan to make his groomings more pleasant and easy for him and it worked. Taylor is patient, kind and gentle with Homer. I couldnt ask for anything more. Thank you Taylor for being so amazing with my little guy. ??

My cat had a vet appointment at 11:20. When it was 30 minutes past my appointment time and we still had not seen the vet, I asked how much longer I would have to wait. I was told the doctor would be in soon and the reason for the delay was that a dog had to be sedated. Because I needed to be somewhere, I opted not to wait and asked that a vet tech give my cat his Solensia injection. By the time we left, it was 45 minutes past our appointment time. This was a frustrating experience because of the extended wait time, and my cat wasn t even seen by a vet. Vet trips are stressful for him, and the extended wait time is too. Furthermore, no one communicated to me that the vet was running behind, and someone should have. If I had known I would have to wait 40 plus minutes, I would have opted to just have a vet tech give the injection. Finally, I want to thank Ciara for her professionalism. She not only was running the front desk, she was trying to get information about wait time and she is the one who gave my cat his injection so I wouldn t have to wait longer.

The Vet called me twice & was very caring & informative, answering questions

THANK YOU to the staff at City Pets. My Am Bulldog was in for vaccines but something happened right before we arrived with my husband. Tank swelled up and blew up with hives everywhere. The staff observed this happen right in front of them before even beginning treatment and acted quickly to stop whatever was going on and make him more comfortable.

Dr. Cebular was very helpful, sending a follow-up email with information I d requested about a healthy diet plan for Gabby.

When at daycare, it would be nice to get a report on if my dog pooped or not during the day.
