This is the only vet and daycare that I d trust any of my pets or friends pets at. The care and support you guys give to all pets, whether they are super anxious or super loving, you make us feel so loved and know that we are in a safe caring place. One thing that has always stuck out is how the vets and the vet techs give loving names to our older beagle, Droopsy. They call him Mr. Droopsy <3 and it has made us feel so safe and comfortable bringing our anxious baby to the vet. Even though its a little gesture, it meant more to us than anything. And that s what CityPets is all about. The little, empathetic moments that mean the world to pet owners. <3

Today was our first day for day care for our pup. It was super easy to come and get her signed up for the eval and then she had a great day at the day care afterward! We got to watch her on the live cam and got some good feedback afterward of how she did. We will definitely be coming back for more day care visits.

The visit was great! When I called to make the appointment, the staff knew Mila is anxious & planned accordingly. As soon as we arrived, we were brought to a room which helps her calm. The appointment was efficient but still addressed our needs. I really appreciate the team individualizing Mila’s care. So thoughtful.

Was so thankful for CityPets. My aunt passed away and I really wanted to take her cat home with me as she had no one local who could. They got her in within a day and was able to get her cleaned up and cleared for bringing her home to NC where we have two other spoiled kitties. They likely saved her life!

From the initial call to schedule a same day appointment, the staff was welcoming and compassionate. The clinic itself is clean and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Cebular was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He listened to all of my concerns and made sure to address them without rushing through the appointment. I appreciated their gentle and patient approach with my dog Azula, who can be a little overwhelmed at the vet. The follow-up instructions were clear, and the staff even called the next day to check on my pet s progress, which was a nice personal touch. Overall, I highly recommend CityPets for anyone looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care. I will definitely be returning for all of my pet s needs!
