We had our first visit today, and Dr. Bishop was wonderful! She was very thorough, and she was great with my dog. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Very happy with our experience!

My first visit with my new puppy Larry could not have gone better! The staff and Dr Bishop were so helpful and accommodating with all of my questions. Larry can be a handful and they took care of him like he was their own. Can’t wait to go back!

We feel so welcomed here. The office is so bright and open. You all listen and understand that my dog is reactive to other dogs and you understand. We love Dr Chapman- she works so well with our dog. Thank you for the cheese and the peanut butter on a stick for the dog too!

Had my first visit with my dog Dustin yesterday. They made everything so easy for me. I was able to drop him off for boarding, have his wellness exam done and get his vaccines up to date all one one visit. Can t wait until they begin offering day care for dogs in March!

This was the first visit to CityPets. We had what I considered to be an emergency situation. The office was scheduled to close about half an hour when I called. The veterinarian was so accommodating, and agreed to see us. The staff was super friendly and professional-receptionist, vet tech and veterinarian. We were completely satisfied with the services rendered. We are very happy to be new clients of CityPets.

Overall an incredible experience for our first time having our dog groomed. The grooming was very professional and our dog looked and smelled great, and had a cute bandana when we picked him up. My only suggestion would be to possibly have dog/owner put into a room to meet with groomer instead of meeting in the lobby as our dog was a bit nervous/distracted, so we rushed our conversation a bit. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend City Pets and the grooming to anyone!
