I highly recommend this office. Dr. Jill, along with everyone else we encountered, was amazing and took the time to answer all of our questions. Callie (dog) did not seem nervous at all. She seems very happy and content to see everyone there. Which proves they must be loving people all around.

Everyone was fantastic! Our pups came home looking (and smelling) fantastic. I really appreciated that the gentleman who groomed our pups spoke with me at length on exactly what I wanted and expected. Check in was fast and convenient. as was the check out! Would highly recommend CityPets!

SO SO SO helpful with my kitty?? I couldn’t be more appreciative! I had no idea what to do because I’ve never had a cat before, but everyone reassured me and they even watched her for NO FEE while I was in class after she had an allergic rxn to a vaccine. Will definitely go back here!

Vickie was wonderful with grooming our cat. She was cheerful and kind to our cat and to us as first time cat grooming. I appreciate the time she spent with me afterward detailing the experience for our cat. He looked so clean and happy when I picked him up. Thanks, too, to the front desk for the cheerful and light way he spoke and handled everything professionally and kindly.

Very friendly staff and clean environment. John was our groomer and he did great with our two dogs! We ve been to the same groomer for 13 years, and when she retired we were concerned about the ease of finding a new one. We were very satisfied with their grooms, they both looked great!
