We had a great experience getting our two dogs groomed. They’ve never been professionally groomed before and I was nervous about how they’d do, but the groomer was informative and made us feel comfortable. The dogs look great and I know they both feel better. Appreciate the great work and experience!

I would really love for City Pets to open at 6am or even 6:30 am for drop offs, and latest 8pm for pick up. Many of us in the community are healthcare workers and work 12/hr shifts. If this could be made a possibility I know City pets would have even more customers. Besides that City pets is the best daycare ever! Thank you for all that you do for our puppies!

Dr. Chappman is wonderful with a high needs, aggressive dog like JB. Dr. Chappman has made healthcare possible for JB. The whole clinic helps provide safety and comfort for JB... and my husband and myself.

This was our first visit to the day care at Citypets614. We were greeted right away and Juniper had a brief evaluation before she went back to spend the day. When I arrived to pick her up, they said she had a great day and played with another black lab. We’ll definitely be back!

All was good save for one small thing and I don t know if it was an availability issue but we wanted to get the 3 year vaccine for our cat but they only gave us a 1 year.

Groomer was extremely patient and helpful.

I tookArgo in for a grooming appointment with John. There were a few issues with Argo’s behavior that prevented him from getting his full service, but John did an excellent job calling to explain the situation and offer solutions to make his next visit easier. The front desk staff (Cierra) is always so kind and helpful. Argo loves all the staff and not once have we been greeted with anything other than a friendly smile and superb customer service. I have recommended multiple clients and will continue to do so.

My only suggestion would be for the doctors and staff to better familiarize themselves with my pet’s history prior to our visit, as he has been a prior patient of the clinic.

Edison the owl is the coolest thing that my dog and I have ever seen. We ll be back!

CityPets was able to get my dog, whom they had never seen before, in for boarding within 15 minutes of me calling due to an emergency. I greatly appreciate them.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and my pups came back clean and shiny after their grooming. There were some areas that I felt could/should have used a little more trimming up, especially in the leg/paw areas. I don t necessarily mind keeping their fur on the longer side, but I did initially question whether their coats had been trimmed up at all. Perhaps there was an alla carte option I missed? Anyway, just a point I ll probably bring up at our next appointment. Thank you!

Excellent visit, I was a new patient and still able to be seen the same day. Typical prices, but I felt like Dr. Bridget only gave me what I needed and so the visit stayed very affordable. We will be using City Pets as our primary vet from now on.
