It would be very helpful if your facility had poop bags and a trash can for when you pick up your dogs. Every time my dogs need to poop after grooming and each time is a struggle on what to do with their poop.

Very satisfied with the visit and the interactions with staff. The office did seem a little disorganized and I sent in my pets previous records but was still asked for the paper records at the appointment. That wasn t a big deal, but it would have been nice if they had been viewed prior to the appointment since I was asked to email them in.

CityPets is THE best! They have always been able to get us in so quickly. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and so sweet to my puppers. I overheard that Mondays were busy, and it took us quite awhile after being placed in a room to see someone. However, we are usually seen very quickly, so I’m guessing it was just an anomaly today.

I love bringing my dog here. City pets doesn’t discriminate against pit bulls and welcomes mine with open arms every time. He always comes home smelling good and tired from a full day of play!
