In love with every single staff member i’ve came across coming to this vet. My dog is a bit hard to handle but they’re always doing their best and i have never met someone that works there that i couldn’t sit and talk to. Love this place

Sierra and Casey were excellent as always. The young women who checked me out at the front desk was very good as well, but I don t know her name, perhaps Meg (I spoke with Meg by phone earlier so maybe it was she). Dr. Masik (Mazik, not sure of the spelling). I suggest providing a written or electronic summary of the visit, including any immediate findings and next steps or recommendations with the names of the veterinarian and vet technician or at least the name of the vet that did the exam. This was our first visit to City Pets 614. We were impressed with the office , the staff, and the care and attention they all gave to our precious Gracie.

Dogs look great after their grooming. John does a great job with them and is very friendly. We’re glad he’s there to groom them.

I appreciated Dr Bishop suggesting to the tech that they use a kitten size (I believe was the phrase) needle for my small dog. The regular needles were already prepared and I believe that showed a concern for the pup above expediency. This is the main reason I returned with another of my dogs today. Thanks!
