The 45 minute wait just to be seen was difficult and not being able to be in the room with the doctor wasn’t good (but understandable)

Your administrative staff is undermining the quality of of your veterinary care. They have poor time management skills.

Didn’t have grooming. All was fine but sine we had to stay in our cars communications between staff as to where I was parked when I dropped off my pet and picked up we’re not communicated well at all.

I love the folks at Pet Hospital. Tracy has always been so warm and comforting to all my dogs.

It was supposed to be a 10 minute appointment only and we d wait for dog. Take blood and call with results, that was plan That was agreed at time of appointment and at drop off outside door. It took one and a half hours. We waited in car that whole time and couldn t go in because of covid19 to ask. We could see receptionist was clearly busy so didn t want to bother her. When we decided to call we were on hold for 19 minutes. We would of left and gone home until dog was ready if we knew this was the plan. There were a lot of other people waiting in cars and on the bench so wasn t just us

During this difficult time, it was a blessing to find your clinic willing to take a walk in.

The wait to pick up your pet or their medication was too long. I called both times (pick up pet and the next day to pick up the meds) and was told on the phone when I arrived someone would be there quickly. Both times I waited over 30 minutes. I honestly am not sure I will return

You had my dog for a whole day and did not find out that he had an infection in his paw. I called the next day to speak with the vet and was told she was busy. I never got a chance to speak with her as my dog was crying for a week. You guys are horrible and I will NEVER use you again!!!!!!

Just a shout out to Dennis the tech/assistant/go between. Dennis came out to the car, was very gentle carrying our nervous pet and when he returned Percy to us, he answered all the questions we had and is a kind and wonderful guy. The hospital is lucky to have an employee like him.

No opinion on grooming because none was done. But two very friendly staff helped me with shots, nails and anal glands for my doggies. I did not know I needed to wait outside to finish each dog but it was ok. I brought Zorro, Spikey and Belle. Thank you!

I am going to take into consideration that everything is now taking a lot longer because of the steps/precautions needed during this epidemic. I took my dog in for a scheduled nail trim. From start to finish it took 45 minutes :-(

I so appreciated that I was able to talk to the doctor about Hogan over the phone. Because of COVID-19, and my age and medical problems, I am confined indoors, and I was grateful I didn t have bring Hogan to the office. Also, all the patient and efficient ladies I spoke with over the phone were able to assist me re my many questions.
