The vet tech/nurse that handled my dogs (Stella and June) was polite, professional, and appeared genuinely interested in the well-being of my dogs. She clipped the nails of Stella (the pug with the mutant long nails) and the appointment was only for vaccine updates. OTT customer service. Thank you!

1 hr wait is too much. If possible call client to say we re running a little behind why don t you come ...... That would be the right thing to do especially for someone with 2 large dogs. Other than the long wait, everyone, especially Dr. Kim was just outstanding.

I did not appreciate the girl at the desk not wearing her mask when talking to me about billing. She also approached my dog when I was at the door of the exam room, less than 2 feet away from me, no mask. It was under her chin. I talked to the tech about it, and he laughed and said when there aren t people around they take their masks off. I said she was just less than 2 feet away from me. He shrugged it off.

I understand the pandemic concerns, but maybe don’t let a SICK dog sit outside in 97 degree weather for 45 minutes. Heat exhaustion was the exact opposite of what my dog needed. Also your prices are unreasonable. I have been here many times and knew that it was pricey but after this past visit of a terrible experience, it is definitely not worth the costs.

The 45 minute wait just to be seen was difficult and not being able to be in the room with the doctor wasn’t good (but understandable)

Didn’t have grooming. All was fine but sine we had to stay in our cars communications between staff as to where I was parked when I dropped off my pet and picked up we’re not communicated well at all.

It was supposed to be a 10 minute appointment only and we d wait for dog. Take blood and call with results, that was plan That was agreed at time of appointment and at drop off outside door. It took one and a half hours. We waited in car that whole time and couldn t go in because of covid19 to ask. We could see receptionist was clearly busy so didn t want to bother her. When we decided to call we were on hold for 19 minutes. We would of left and gone home until dog was ready if we knew this was the plan. There were a lot of other people waiting in cars and on the bench so wasn t just us

The wait to pick up your pet or their medication was too long. I called both times (pick up pet and the next day to pick up the meds) and was told on the phone when I arrived someone would be there quickly. Both times I waited over 30 minutes. I honestly am not sure I will return
